IN-STORE RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Books and un-opened gift items may be returned for store credit or exchange only, no refunds.
There is no time limit for returns and exchanges, as long as the item is in re-saleable condition. Our staff may refuse the return if the items appear used or damaged.
Credit notes do not expire, but must be presented at the time of purchase in order to be redeemed. Credit notes are valid for in-store purchases only and cannot be redeemed online.

Please note that our online shop does not offer refunds, and that returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If there is an issue with your order, please write to email@example.com and we will contact you directly to go over return/exchange options.
